How it works:

Order: After you place your order and payment is confirmed, your item is prepared for shipment.

Packaging: Each piece is carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping: We hand your parcel over to the delivery service. For international shipments, we use trusted logistics partners.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the journey of your work of art.

Delivery times:

Within Russia: 5–14 business days, depending on the region.

International shipping: 10–35 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
