An individual, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", on the other hand, collectively referred to as the "Parties", have concluded this agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") as follows:

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") is an official proposal of the Seller to conclude with the Buyer an agreement for the remote sale and purchase of goods (hereinafter — the "Agreement").
2. In accordance with Clause 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. The complete and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Offer is considered to be the payment by the Buyer for the ordered goods on the website isferra.com (hereinafter — the "Website").
3. The fact of placing an Order through the Website's shopping cart with the Seller constitutes the unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Buyer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2. The name, assortment, price, and other characteristics of the goods are determined based on the information presented on the Website at the time of placing the Order.

3. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS

1. The order for goods is placed by the Buyer through the shopping cart on the Website.
2. When placing an Order, the Buyer is obliged to provide reliable information necessary for the execution of the Agreement: full name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address.
3. The Seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4. Payment for the Order is made by the Buyer in full within the period specified on the Website by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Seller using the payment methods available on the Website (YooKassa service).
5. The price of the goods is indicated in Russian rubles. The final amount of the Order is automatically generated in the Website's shopping cart and includes the cost of the selected goods.
6. Delivery of goods worldwide is carried out free of charge under the terms published in the relevant section of the Website.

4. DELIVERY OF GOODS

1. The delivery terms and conditions for the Order are specified on the Website in the "Delivery" section.
2. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer by the transport company or delivery service chosen by the Seller.
3. At the moment of receiving the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check them for compliance with the Order (name, quantity, integrity of packaging).
4. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to them and they sign the documents confirming delivery.

5. RETURN OF GOODS AND FUNDS

1. Return of goods of proper quality is possible within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order, provided that its presentation, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact of purchase are preserved.
2. Return of goods of improper quality is carried out in accordance with the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
3. To return funds, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact details specified in this Offer.
4. Funds are refunded to the bank card of the Buyer from which the payment was made, within the timeframes established by the rules of the payment systems.

6. PERSONAL DATA

1. By placing an Order on the Website, the Buyer gives their consent to the Seller for the processing of their personal data provided when placing the Order (full name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address) for the purpose of executing this Agreement, including delivery of goods.
2. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the Buyer's personal data are posted on the Website at: https://isferra.com/menu/privacy.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
2. All disputes and disagreements arising in the performance of this Agreement, the Parties will strive to resolve through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the Seller.
3. From the moment of payment for the Order, this Agreement is considered concluded on the terms set forth in this Offer.
4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice to the Buyer. The new version of the Offer comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website.
